Hi, fellow Mars enthusiasts

I have written a novel about a journey to Mars, and I've put in online, free to read and download (well, it's going up a chapter a week anyway).

"The 2080s - eighty years from now, young Zak Carter dreams of becoming a professional games player despite the ridicule of his family. When the family decide to emigrate to Mars, he makes a bold attempt to be free of them, but stumbles across a plot that threatens their lives."

As this is a Mars forum, I ought to point out that the story is set on the spaceship, not Mars. But it is the events on Mars that drive everything. And there are a couple of virtual visits to give a peek at those.

The prologue primarily concerns the game, so you may wish to dive into the chapters to see the story in space unfold.

I hope that you find this interesting, and a realistic prospect of progress by the 2080s.
