upper left of the screen (more in the middle, actually...)
There's a link 'profile' click it, then look for a tab on that page also saying 'profile'; click it. Then click the tab 'Avatar'.

You can either upload a pic from your own computer or post a hyperlink, if the files are not too big (filesize and pixelsize)
