What the heck Rxke? Don't do that. I'll send you a gmail invite, you can use it as your email here. That's silly. Leaving over personal issues is one thing, leaving because you just feel 'bleh' about things is another. Just take a break, but don't leave!

Does anyone actually know Rxke's email address? If so, PM it to me, or post it here (spamified of course) and I'll edit it out ASAP. I'm watching the topic.

That's still no excuse, I feel the same way quite a lot of times. Heck, most of the best posts by me are from 3-4 years ago. "All that can be discussed has been discussed," kind of.

But at the bare minimum keep your account active, email me Rxke, and I'll give you a gmail invite, to which I will set your account, and if you want to later on you can post again.

I've found your contributions here to be wonderful. I remember when you first started posting and complained about your english, but we all found it to be perfectly fine!

Anyway, email me. The evil hover 'feature' you found should suffice to get my address. I will look in to getting that turned off. It's quite bad.

*What's up with this "I've run out of things to say" schtick?  MERs are still rolling, MOC is grinding out the photos, Mars Express is zipping merrily along with its fabulous Hollywood-quality photos, MRO is en route, etc.

That's just for starters.

Cassini, MESSENGER, Smart-1, the never-ending astronomy discoveries and updates...c'mon!

It pays to be an amateur astronomer I guess.  wink

I sort of have this "let's keep all of our regulars mindset," but I can't force anyone to stay. It's one thing to leave, and just stop posting, it's another thing entirely to deactive your account so that it's no longer useable. sad

Please? I just want to make sure your account is active, you don't have to post!

Re: Lurker mode: On; email-adress: bogusized; Profile: clean

Thanks Rxke for coming back.. We thought we had lost you. You do have things to offer to each conversation, if nothing else to set me straight about Belgium's space efforts.

TwinBeam did and has opened a thread in the Human missions folder last night at 7:08pm with the web sites link.

Since it was about mining and getting insitu resources. I myself had posted it to the Planetary transportation folder under the thread The Methane Based Economy - Exploring Mars in a Reusable Manner.

Well to make this successful we need to mine for these insitu materials and to be able to process them into what we need under the least amount of energy used to make the conversions happen.

Space entrepreneurs eyeing Mars as a hub of some future solar system economy launched a startup on Tuesday to mine the red planet for building materials.

The new company, 4Frontiers, plans to mine Mars for building materials and energy sources, and export the planet's mineral wealth to forthcoming space stations on the moon and elsewhere.

The Next Mother Lode: Mars

P.s.
I am no scientist as well, space is a hobby and a love for me. Since I was in 4th grade when I got my first book on astronomy.

Yay! I'm back! - Okay, not really, this is JC. And no, I didn't read your PMs Rxke, just testing something. Your name was deactivated for some reason, then I realized it was because when you changed the email address you couldn't "verify" it, you know?

So the password I sent you works. Change it as soon as you get this message (and log in, of course). No worries, your privacy still means something! smile

As in Jesus Christ?

Okay, I don't know what to believe anymore.

Heheh, funny.

Did you know Joshua means Jesus?

And didn't Jesus cry for our sins?

I dunno, I think the leap can be made.

Someone has a complex.

Jesus died for our sins, not cried for them. He probably cried when he got nailed though.

As for the leap, I will find a cliff.
