NASA, of all institutes seem to be getting interested in terraforming Mars... First time i hear about this... They're going to do a 'multi-billion researh' about it, according to the article... And Bush asked for it ? ? ?

Hmmm... After re-re-reading the article, i think the multi-billion is about Bush's space-initiative... sloppy phraesing of the authors.
