Re: Space chicken - Russian refuse?

This short article from Popular Science suggests that a previous space shuttle mission ran into bits of cooked chicken jettisoned into space by an earlier space mission.

How did they know it was cooked chicken? Bits were stuck on the shuttle windows and analyzed after return to Earth.

Why do they say it as Russian? Americans are more careful with their garbage, allegedly.

April Fools in September, maybe?
