Our member, GW Johnson, has written a book about ramjets that is currently available in the form of a set of pdf files...
The ramjet book currently exists as a pdf file for each of the 22 chapters, and each of the 4 appendices, plus a file for all the up-front stuff (foreword, table of contents, etc). That's a total of 27 separate pdf files that I email to customers 3 files at a time, in some 9 emails, to stay within just about "everybody's" email attachment limits. I counted the pages: 561 of them. It's a big book! It still does not yet exist as one single file that could be downloaded. My son was looking into creating a site where electronic purchase could be automated, and the entire book downloaded as one single file. That has not yet happened.
Currently, I accept paper checks sent in the mail, or cash sent by Western Union, which multiple overseas customers have used. Once paid, I send the files by email, 3 files to an email, for some 9 emails. Base price is $100, plus $6.25 Texas sales tax, for an invoice total of $106.25. Western Union users will need my full name and address as shown on my driver's license (given below). I will need the tracking number Western Union gives them, to retrieve the cash. They won't need my phone numbers or email, but I included those below anyway, for convenience.

Here is an official explanation of the way to order a copy of the PDF version of the Ramjet book:
GW does not yet have a site that automates payment and download of the ramjet book as a single
item. Watch for when that situation changes.The base price for the 561-page book is $100 US, plus $6.25 rural Texas sales tax, for an invoice
