For Edward Heisler re new reddit topic ...
It appears that Mars_B4_Moon will be taking some time off, so his usual posts about Reddit ** may ** not show up.
Since you have posted about Reddit before, if you have time and the energy, please write a post or two about why someone might want to take the risk of visiting Reddit, and specifically the Mars Society subreddit.
As you may have noticed (but may not), I am more interested in results of activity than I am in endless chit-chat, fascinating as it may be.
From your experience with the Mars Society subreddit, are you seeing any signs of attracting (and keeping) serious individuals who are making, or who would like to make, real-Universe contributions?

We all know that we can go directly to the mars societies home page to see any and all news as its continually updated with new content.
Mars Society has been on a course of reinvigoration in the past few years as a result of new board members being appointed to the task of growth. So, it comes with no surprise here that chapters are now being focused on; that we have a broad-based effort to reconnect them back to Mars society to be able to pool resources, energy and knowledge for how to get to mars.
