I have been part of the competition contracts in the past for device creation. They start with statements of work and specifications to meet to achieve the funding.

Good morning all, use of submarine style mars people life is on earth doable under a set of conditions.
1 Nuclear power.
2. Water for cooling, source for drinking or food prep, oxygen creation.
3. Dry and some fresh as well as frozen plus canned goods for mess hall food service.
4. Bunks space are common with minimal possessions.
5. Assigned work station plus schedules.
...list goes on.
It's not just about efficient space use.

Rain delayed work on house rebuild and improvement with more materials being ordered for Tuesday use followed by more deliveries to do roof and more to seal it up before more weather happens.

I did login to newmars forum and new and it resets newmars forum not allowing for a day to be able to login but seemed ok. Found a way to access accounts on old cell with wifi tethering for now.

It appears that the css files are not present but there is an issue in the login.

I take the word sand as sand being crushed grains that are fine from earth soils and rock. The pipes extend in through the sand and come out the other side. The heat is coming from exhaust heat or from heated air or any other working fliud, or gas that is pumped through the system.
Magaldi's website states that its thermal unit is sustainable, made with silica sand and steel.

To discharge, the heat exchanger reverses, releasing superheated steam at up to 752 degrees Fahrenheit.

This is the system that I described for solar concentrated with antifreeze heat exchanger embedded in the sand so that heat can be taken out later for heating.

We have talked about sand but adding liquid now creates internal tank storage pressure. Sand battery was discussed in the Geothermal and Geothermal Battery (Changed Title 12/21/23) a Void started topic.

Bought burial plots Monday which didn't include opening and closing which happened today. I am quite tired but I think she would have been happy. They didn't find out full term baby girl but moved her headstone next to her grave. Son from Texas got here late last night due to change in connector flight redirect. Spent time yesterday in the rain continuing the shed build with son that came down from Littleton.
