I think that America has chances at this point. I think that Europe may be on the wrong road, since the German machine has been tossed in the trash-can. I think Canada will age prematurely because of their greater association with the former or actual British Empire. Europe like a vampire, I think will hasten the aging of Canada's society.
I am seeing the problem of "Office Princesses". And that includes many of the males. When verbal skills are allowed to expand white collar featherbedding at the expense of blue collar workers that is a very bad thing.
In case you think I am gender biased, I am extremely impressed by Shotwell of SpaceX. Too bad there are not more of her.
