Re: JOBS Jobs Jobs why are there none

There are so many forms of gambling these days and stocks are just one of them of which the list includes investors, bit coins, crypto currency, insurance ect.

Apprenticeships only teach some of the skills for the work plus you are the one doing work and not really learning and are based off from what the person teaching of which I have found that each generation knows even less than the one before it.

There are also other daily work schedules that can also be used such as split shifting. Most think that people want just 1 shift but there are many that need other workday periods with most just wanting full time with benefits.

Re: JOBS Jobs Jobs why are there none

Recent twitter firing and more will have an impact for I'm a 56-year-old IT worker who got laid off last year and have been unemployed ever since. I have a hunch I'm not finding work due to ageism. How do I prove it?

To make a claim in court under the Age Discrimination and Employment Act, which covers workers ages 40 and older, Peeler said, you first have to file a charge of discrimination with the EEOC. These charges generally have to be filed within 180 or 300 days of an incident, depending on state and local laws. Last year, the EEOC resolved roughly 13,000 age-discrimination charges filed against employers. Of those cases, only 18% were found in favor of the employee.
