Hi,
I was watching a mars NASA press conference on TV today and one of the questions was about some kind of thread-like object in one of the microscopic pictures from opportunity on sol 19. I went to the NASA website to see if i could find what they were talking about but didn't see anything of the sort.
The scientists think it's fabric from the air bags, but another hypothesis is that it could be some kind of plant root structure.
Has anyone seen this object?
