I am finding these posts very interesting.
I'm 18, am homeschooled, have wanted to go to space for as long as I can remember, and both of my parents are linguists and science teachers.
"What you don't realize about peace, is that is cannot be achieved by yielding to an enemy. Rather, peace is something that must be fought for, and if it is necessary for a war to be fought to preserve the peace, then I would more than willingly give my life for the cause of peace."
I agree with this statement and think a few of the posts on war ought to have had some definitions looked up before making fools of themselves. (war, peace, murder, killing, democracy, republic, pledge of alliegance)
