Maybe this will be related to " WARP DRIVE, AHEM!" maybe not. I don't know.

Mostly I do not understand it yet, or maybe will not ever.
But maybe some of you will be able to.
I apparently does not give consideration to dark matter, but instead seems to think of inertia being a variable not inherent to its object but somehow being induced into the object by other factors.
The attractiveness of this is that it might open doors to possibilities, provided it is shown to have actual connections to reality.
I may return to this site in a few days.

It is about the IVO quantum drive, that produces thrust without propellant. Not a warp drive, but it could (if it works) allow acceleration to a large fraction of c. So almost as good as warp drive.
