Re: Recent Downtime

No, fans read. And Adrian hasn't given us anything new to read today.

So no fans today.   tongue

BTW, good work so far. I was wondering, is this still a work in progress, or are you revising now?

Meanwhile, this fan is going back on strike!

What do we want?
THE NEXT CHAPTER!
When do we want it?
NOW!

One-two-three-four
Adrian's got to post some more!
Five-six-seven-eight
We don't want to wait!

Re: Recent Downtime

You know, I am a fan of Iain Banks, but that didn't occur to me when I wrote that title. Must have unconsciously remembered it from Inversions or something...

I guess the intrepid explorers never made it to Mars.

Sattelite's can't make it, so why should fiction?  tongue

Hehe.

I actually stopped reading. I'll wait until the full thing comes out.

Or it gets published. tongue

Re: Recent Downtime

Regarding the question, is Mars Frontier a work in progress, and am I revising; yes, sometimes I am revising. I'm sure Adrian doesn't want to hear this--since he hasn't gotten anything up for a month--but I am half way through volume 7 at the moment. But I stopped writing to go back and reread the whole thing and have managed to read half way through volume 5. Most of the changes I am making are minor at the moment. I suppose I will make a bigger rewrite later, since no other novel plot has seized me recently. I generally devote an hour or so every night to novels; it's the way I relax. Suggestions are always welcome. maybe I should HTML some of the text for Adrian, so he can do his edits faster. The text right now is going up without italics, boldfaces, and a few other things like section dividers within chapters, and I could probably preserve all of that.

I like what you've done so far.

It would be nice to get the next installment though. [hint hint]  big_smile

Are you looking for suggestions?  ???

Re: Recent Downtime

Suggestions are welcome, but I can't guarantee I'll have the energy to do the revisions to incorporate them!
