Re: Is Kistler Dead?

Considering I saw a Shuttle launch from the Northern Half of the World fly over Darwin with a big trail of fire out the rear end in it's quest to meet up with the ISS (pre-orbit change to suit the Russian launch needs), Kistler and the little guys of the Space race can make the effort too.

Cape Canaveral is at about 28 degrees north. For Australia, That would be a launch from Woomera in South Australia. A launch centre at Tennant Creek would offer a launch at 19 degrees south. Inside the tropic band that the Russians refer to as the optimal heavy lift region. A region of sufficient reduction in cost of Launch to justify building the Launch centre.
