I'm not sure how it absorbs, probably dust/powder in nose and mouth there are cases when a drug might absorb by skin into your body, they say Fentanyl is 100 times stronger than Morphine and pills laced with a tiny amount of fentanyl contain enough to potentially cause an overdose.
