For Calliban re Trompe operation... thanks for patiently explaining that operation again. I'm almost certain you explained it when you were describing the delivery of air to mines. That would have been cool air, which might have been appreciated. So I deduce the same 12 volt motor does ** both ** operations. That's pretty slick. The use of solar power eliminates issues of efficiency. It might turn out that this system is more efficient for compression of air than other systems.
