In other topics, there would appear to be concern about making acetate from water and CO2 using methanol as a transitory stage of processing.
The final product of the manufacture is acetate, which appears to be recognized as not only healthy, but in fact essential to plant physiology.
In the absence of feedback from anyone who might be concerned about how acetate is made, it occurred to me to wonder if the issue is the possible leakage of methanol molecules into the output flow from the process.
