The bespoke is the power plant custom designed to specifications that make it unique.

A solar panel and a battery are commercial off the shelf as it has known specification for use at a given voltage and current.

A battery is the same for its capabilities for use.

The home grid connection is commercial as its going to provide from the gauge wire to the home electrical panel just 2 single phases from the transformer on the pole rated to deliver the necessary power to the home.

The making of offshoots is done not by the company creating the power but by those using it and they create commercial off the shelf items.

All of the systems so far are not off the shelf designs but engineered for single design use for large scale generation.

That means the supplied energy to the grid will cost you more than what we can afford to pay if not initially in the future for sure as greed sets in.

We need something more along the cost of a heat pump style power creation something in the realm of the MIT solar concentrating unit that was built in Africa.

Much like the argument I would not like to need to pay a company to provide my energy needs since I have property that I can build a solution to this rather than a town or city sized or larger system.

One of the things that a grid provides is the surge currents that a flat system cannot provide with an inverter unless it's much larger than what is required to handle the average levels that the power company indicates on the daily billing.

With this I understand that I need to have a system that creates the heat to be able to store it for later and that means knowing how great it needs to be in size is via knowing how much it needs to deliver for use.

Also, if the source is gone or not available it needs another source making it a hybrid system to create heat to make the common storage possible.

Actually, not able to login as the default password I did not know.
I am not able to change it and I am not able to change the email as these both are in the user profile account that you created.
From what I can see the creation failed as the account already exists.

Seems I missed where the default password was and did find and got into the forum...

was able to return and do a new session.
made several member level posts

It gave me a loop for registering and log in. at each layer of submit.

I was able to walk through the 1 topic post and read each section of the postings.
Seemed to function as the catcha was removed from the page after submitting information.

I checked my email address submitted and had not gotten anything to indicate that I had registered.

Since I did not make the profile for spacenut I also then do not know the password and there is no means to indicate that I need it reset to be able to change it.

I can see

present to the main page and all seems to function to show the posts in reading mode.
