Yes, I could have done more but the banned table on the clone is not established and there is no point for it.
Same for the test id's as they can remain in the banned so as to keep them locked when we are ready, I can set all of the normal users back to active or inactive under the change before doing a backup of the data before we take the site down and re-establish it on the newer platform.

I have been able to add a new forum user category as In "InActive" and did set it to require it to pass the newly registered to get back to a normal state. The user can be selected and placed into this group from the admin controls in the user list functions within the clone environment.

Seems that the admin_groups.php has been fixed in the clone currently as the table that was missing is available for changes in profiles of the users to be reassigned with.

Well, I am back from the second side of the Volvo, and it went smoothly just as the first had with more rain showers. Have taken a few minutes to look at the front pads and they seem thick enough to go for a little while but will need changing later in the year.

Got an exhaust link right at the flanges for the down flex pipe and the first resonator as they are mostly gone so will need a least expensive solution for this which may mean welding or clamping in a replacement section after hacking the flanges from both sections.

Found power steering is leaking from what appears to be the pump seal on the shaft, so will need to wash all of the excess fluid off to be able to be sure of it. It's an added cost that I really do not need but can do once I buy a replacement pump.

That change seems to have worked as the table of profiles that are possible is present will now change you to admin in your profile on the clone so you can see what I see.
Since I do not have web master or site admin I am not able to get to the actual files that are the backbone to the forums. So, I am rallying on all of the source code sights and web browsers development tools to be able to see the code.

Apparently, I was already able to make that change in the username profile even while it was broken.

I will look at the other functions later.

I think the category are set correctly now as I went into the admin control panel and selected the manage forums, selected the edit for the project followed by setting the permissions to same as meta. It was slow so its not known it\f the same changes worked for the home energy.

Will see if they can be updated tomorrow.

I am unable to log into the phpbb3 board and the I forgot does not seem to be working.

in the clone I am missing the admin drop down and the ability for adding groups.
